Vivafone uses your data to activate eSIM plans, manage your account, personalize plan recommendations, provide customer support, and comply with telecom regulations. Aggregated, anonymized insights may be used to improve coverage partnerships.
3. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We share limited personal information with network operators and trusted processors necessary to fulfill your selected plan. Vivafone does not sell personal data. We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights of users.
4. Platform Compliance
Vivafone adheres to the Apple App Store Privacy Guidelines and Google Play Data Safety requirements. In-app disclosures clearly describe the data linked to your account and the optional diagnostics you may share.
5. Data Retention & Security
Account data is retained only as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations. We implement encryption, access controls, and routine security reviews to protect your data. Payment data remains with Apple or Google and is not stored on Vivafone servers.
6. Your Choices & Rights
You may access, update, or delete your account within the app. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may exercise data portability or objection rights by contacting us. You can disable analytics sharing in the app settings at any time.
7. Children's Privacy
Vivafone is not directed to children under 16. If we learn that we have collected information from a child without verified parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
8. International Data Transfers
Vivafone operates globally. When transferring data outside your region, we rely on approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or country adequacy decisions.
