These Terms govern your access to and use of the Vivafone mobile applications, web services, and any related eSIM connectivity experiences.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Vivafone application on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and discontinue use of Vivafone services.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

You must be at least 16 years old (or the legal age required in your jurisdiction) to create a Vivafone account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. eSIM Connectivity Services

Vivafone partners with licensed carriers worldwide to provision temporary or long-term eSIM plans. Coverage, speeds, and plan availability may vary by region. The service requires a compatible device that supports eSIM technology.

4. Payments & Billing

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to their respective payment policies. Local taxes, exchange rates, and processing fees may apply. All sales of data plans are final unless local consumer laws mandate otherwise.

5. Compliance with Platform Policies

Vivafone complies with the Apple App Store Review Guidelines and the Google Play Developer Policies. Users must also follow the platform rules, including restrictions on reselling or tampering with in-app purchases.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Vivafone services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with service integrity, or using the app for fraudulent or illegal activities. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, graphics, and content within Vivafone remain the property of their respective owners. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the app solely for personal travel communication needs.

8. Service Modifications

We may update or discontinue features at any time to ensure compliance with telecom regulations, Apple, or Google policies. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated through the app or our website.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Vivafone provides services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vivafone is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
